Deliveries

We cover duties and taxes and are pleased to offer Complimentary Express delivery on orders over $800. For orders below $800, a shipping charge of $10 will be added to your order’s value at check-out when shipping to the EU, UK, Switzerland, and USA, and $25 when shipping internationally.

Depending on your order’s destination, expedited 12:00pm delivery is also available at an additional charge upon demand at check out.

For the geographies we are yet to cover, we apologise for the inconvenience and hope you can find the piece you are looking to purchase with one of our trusted international suppliers.

Preorders

Styles and out-of-stock sizes available for preorder appear with the option to "Preorder" rather than "Add to Bag" with the estimated delivery window for each such piece located right below the "Preorder" action button on its page.

Please note that, unlike with readily available pieces where payment is captured once your order ships, you will be charged immediately upon purchasing an item from our available for preorder selection.

We will notify you and share tracking details as soon as your preordered pieces ship.

Out of respect for the environment when placing an order from both our readily available and preorder edits, all items will be shipped in one go once your preordered piece(s) is ready.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Orders placed by 12:00 noon CET will ship on the same day and those placed after to ship out on the next business day.

Estimated delivery times serve as guidelines and do not take into account delays caused by payment authorization, customs clearance processes or other unforeseen events we do not take responsibility for.

We’d like to do our best to make sure your order gets where you need it to be and are happy to revise and change any shipping address as long as the request has been made before the order ships.

To make sure our products are safe and sound with our customers, all orders are shipped with DHL and require a signature upon receipt.
