We sincerely hope you love and enjoy your MORÉ NOIR purchase but if you for some reason are unhappy with our products, they could be returned for a refund or exchange, following the below guidelines.
1/ We kindly ask our customers to email firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of the return and let us know if they would like a refund or exchange within a week from receiving the order so we can best assist them.
2/ We request our customers to arrange for returns and cover all associated shipping, customs and other costs. We also require them to save and email us the tracking number, which we can use to monitor the shipment. We do not take responsibility in the event the package is lost.
3/ All merchandise returned must be received in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags intact and as originally packaged. Please note we reserve the right to deny refunds or exchanges if the merchandise returned does not meet the above requirements.
4/ Returns must be received within 14 days of receiving your shipment.
Once we've received your return, we’ll take up to 7 days to work on your refund and send you a confirmation email once you it has been processed. Returns will then be credited to the original payment method used for purchase within 7 business days depending on your financial institution.
Subject to stock availability, we will exchange eligible items that are returned to us within 14 days of receiving the order. The new item will be shipped to you within a week of receiving and checking the returned item. Where we are unable to provide an exchange, we are happy to first offer a store credit.
Please note that all sales of sale items are final, hence the conditions set out above will not apply. No refund, exchange or store credit will be offered against sale purchases.
