We hope you love and enjoy your MORÉ NOIR purchase but if you, for some reason, wish to return it, you have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to do so for an exchange, a refund, or against store credit.
A return form and pre-paid return papers come enclosed with each order. We kindly ask that you fill out the form, ensuring all sections are completed, and proceed with booking your collection with DHL Express within a week from receiving your order. You can do this online, by calling your local DHL service provider or, alternatively, dropping the parcel off at the nearest DHL service point, as outlined in further detail below. We would then take up to 7 business days after receiving to process your exchange or refund.
Please (1) visit your local DHL website, (2) navigate through to DHL Express, (3) select the 'schedule pick up' option located under 'shipping' and (4) proceed to enter your 10-digit waybill number located under the barcode of your printed waybill. Please make sure to review your details and select a convenient day and time for DHL Express to collect your parcel. Have your return papers ready to hand over to the courier together with the item(s) you are returning.
Simply call your local DHL Express by visiting dhl.com to find the telephone number of your nearest DHL branch and make sure to have your 10-digit waybill number located under the barcode of your printed waybill readily available.
If you prefer, you can take your return to your nearest DHL Express service point instead.
When returning from outside the EU, please make sure to sign the return proforma invoice(s) enclosed with your order and leave the package open so the contents can be checked.
Please note that Archive Sale items and items purchased using a discount code as part of a sale promotion are subject to exchange only. No refund will be offered against these.
We are pleased to offer complimentary exchanges on full price items shipping to the EU, UK, Switzerland, and USA. Full price items shipping internationally will incur an additional charge of $25 billed separately upon returning an item requesting an exchange.
Exchanges of discounted items will incur an additional charge of $25 when shipping to the EU, UK, Switzerland, and USA, and 50$ when shipping internationally.
Subject to stock availability, we will exchange eligible items that are returned to us within 14 days of receiving the order. The new item will be shipped to you within a week of receiving and checking the returned item. Where we are unable to provide an exchange, we are happy to offer a store credit, or proceed with a refund instead.
Kindly note only full price items are eligible for refund with items purchased on discount subject to exchange only.
Where a refund is required, an additional charge of $25 will apply to full price items returning from the EU, UK, Switzerland, and USA, and 50$ to those returning internationally. This will be deducted from your refund. Please note that by using the return waybill enclosed with your purchase you consent to the deduction of that cost from your refund.
Refunds will then be credited to the original payment method used for purchase within 7 business days from receiving your return. The money should be with you right after, or in as long as it takes depending on your financial institution.
We are pleased to offer extra store credit towards a new purchase to customers looking to make a return but willing to forgo an immediate refund.
Where an exchange is not available or a refund is a customer’s first choice, this provides an opportunity to enjoy an additional 20% on top of the amount originally spent that are to be credited to the customer’s account and available to spend within a year from the date of placing the original order.

Please note all merchandise returned must be received in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags intact and as originally packaged. We reserve the right to deny refunds or exchanges if the merchandise returned does not meet the above requirements.
Please note exchanges will only be granted across the same style, including alternative colourways, where the desired size is either immediately available or with the option to preorder.
