Photography is the shortcut to one’s imagination. Our lifelong love and companion, it has been fundamental to building our visual universe, adding one iconic image after the other. From Helmut Newton to Mario Testino - we love the celebration of fantasy, power, intimacy, fashion and above all – modern women in all their perfect imperfection.

What we love about art is the way it touches the most delicate strings in our souls. Sometimes it is food for thought. Sometimes it amuses, makes you dream… at times it can even make you cry. Art make us feel, well... alive!

Silly and profound, big and small screen, these are other people’s stories. People we recognise parts of ourselves in and secretly wish we knew. Stories we collect. The complex, beguiling tales of happy assholes and miserable fools luring us in, taking us places we’ve never been before. A peculiar fusion of love, loss, descent, and triumph, they make us feel high and low, much like the pieces we create. Our very own collection of beautifully shot images, hovering somewhere between fabrication and truth. Leaving us forever caught between reality and fantasy.

Some people wear jewellery to add to their outfit and change it from day to day. We wear it to remember. The place, the time, the way we used to feel… Chances are we got it while traveling together. And we rarely take it off. So we keep adding... Collecting memories... Less isn’t always more.

Never underestimate the power of a good interior. As we spent our lives mostly inside a home, an office or a studio, the kind of vibes we get from the interiors we inhabit really do make a difference. It is as if wearing that little black dress that always makes you feel and look great. We value and admire the careful and delicate observation that goes behind the interiors we love, so we want to share them with you.

Our muses are women we admire for their innate elegance, strong and unique personality. There is nothing more beautiful than a woman exuding that kind of quiet confidence. Being true to herself, comfortable in her perfect imperfection.

Music

I remember sitting at the back of my bigger sister’s car, Massive Attack playing loud on the stereo and us singing along. I now ride on the front seat but not much has changed. It is on those long drives we take to the seaside and back that we share the most intimate moments of love. The love we have for music, dreams and each other. Beautiful voices telling us stories, whispering in our ears… So even in the quiet, there’s the sound of our favourite songs in the background… our very own, private soundtrack to every moment of every day. And then we get to the sea.
